KEP1 PROJECT – KPO, KAZAKHSTAN
The Karachaganak Expansion Project 1 (KEP1) is a critical phase in the development of one of the world’s largest gas and condensate fields — Karachaganak, located in northwest Kazakhstan. Operated by Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO), the project aims to increase production efficiency and extend the field’s operational life.
In 2024, Erreesse Caspian Valves (ECV) successfully delivered 148 engineered ball valves for this strategic project, reaffirming its role as a reliable supplier of high-performance valve solutions for Kazakhstan’s energy sector.

KAZAKHSTAN
LPG PROJECT – NCOC, KAZAKHSTAN
The North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) is the operator of Kazakhstan’s first offshore oil development in the Caspian Sea — the Kashagan Field, one of the largest oil discoveries of the last four decades. As a strategic energy asset for Kazakhstan, NCOC plays a vital role in the country’s oil and gas sector, ensuring safe and sustainable production.
Within the scope of the LPG infrastructure upgrade, we have supplied two high-performance ball valves tailored to NCOC’s demanding operational requirements.
Both valves were fully assembled locally and are currently undergoing comprehensive quality and performance testing prior to commissioning.

KAZAKHSTAN
TENGIZCHEVROIL (TCO) – TENGIZ FIELD, KAZAKHSTAN
Tengizchevroil (TCO) is the operator of the Tengiz Field, Kazakhstan’s largest oil field and one of the most significant energy assets globally. As a strategic partner to the national oil and gas sector, TCO plays a critical role in ensuring stable production and long-term sustainable growth.
Within the framework of our cooperation, we have entered into a long-term Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with TCO for the supply of valves up to 16 inches. This agreement not only secures our position as a trusted supplier of ball valves but also reinforces our strategic commitment to localizing and improving valve manufacturing in Kazakhstan.
In addition to our core expertise in ball valves, we have successfully expanded our product qualifications for TCO. We have passed the comprehensive qualification process for a newly developed SLAB GATE valve design, compliant with API 6A requirements.
